It begins, but I have often wondered how it ends

There is nothing left here
Smashed into the depths

I awoke from the past in a violent maze
Never better a place for my violent ways

I feel my emptiness fulfilled as the fire reflects in my eyes
Like the eagle's sweeping search of land
So forsake them, destroy them first
A thousand lifetimes and just one wish (for death)
Never answered, never granted
Another break for broken chance
Silence versus frustration
Freezing vines down to the roots
Every call has its place to fall on deaf ears in a distant realm
Feel so forsaken to awaken in this frost
Unsheltered
Feeling sufficed in loss of your sanity
Never knowing what comes next

Chapter V - Fun Beneath the Dying Sun
(There is no law now)
Black sky-red sky falling
No fear-finality is calling
Dead last-and never broken from your cast
It is so fun beneath the dying sun because everything is washed away

There is no sense anymore
